If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept any merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached within 14 days of the order ship date for an exchange or refund. If the item you wish to return does not comply with these three requirements, we will not be able to process the exchange or refund. Contact our Customer Support Team to request your the RMA which MUST be included in the package with the returned item(s). You will have to pay shipping one way. We ask that you allow ten to fourteen (10-14) business days for all returns to be processed once they have been received on our end. Most times this process will be quicker. We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

You are responsible for costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use trackable mail service.
- Must include RMA, original packaging and unused.
We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded.
